quitting school

quitting school

Don’t fall for the hype; school is an endless life experience. There are many ways to become educated. Our country requires certain professional designations to have degrees relative to their perspective jobs, however; there are huge opportunities outside of the normal parameters for making money legally. Before quitting school, examine every opportunity for making a living. Take under consideration ways and means for having multiple ways of getting money; don’t fall into the age-old premise of a single job with a day-to-day experience that may put you in a rut. I want you to also consider that though statistics show people with a degree tend to make more money; it is not an absolute.

Be advised when statistics are presented, it is important to ask questions before assuming the findings. Don’t get discouraged by the rhetoric and perceived statistics around education, research what interest you. Map out your goals and objectives in life; embrace the path you create. Remember school can come in many ways, shapes and forms ranging from home-schooling to charter schools to traditional K-12. There are traditional colleges and universities as well as non-traditional schools for trades and more. What is not publicly promoted, are self-help training but these have proven to work as well. Apprenticeships and or mentorship programs are other means of getting educated on something that can result in a livable wage. Quitting School is not as bad as people make it out to be when you identify other alternatives for making a living. It’s time to escape the shadows centered around the words quitting school and replace them with a real functional plan for establishing multiple income streams. The 21st century has ushered in a huge menu to choose regarding getting an education; take your time and plan out what works for you. There are too many people out there with high student loan debt as a result of following the pressures of an antiquated system of income pursuit.

This message is directed for those who do not desire to pursue traditional paths towards an education. To you who have taken the traditional path; consider if you have not already introducing multiple income streams to your life. Maybe you quit school by falling into the single-paycheck category. It has been my experience that no matter what income bracket you represent; the hunger for more money exist. Quitting the school of norm can be a disadvantage.  School is on-going, the beast (outside influences centered around money, bills and debt) is aware of the ever-ending task of schooling the consumer. Learn to manage all school factors in order to save a dollar or two.
